Program Structure: Mentorship relationships typically last one academic year, with monthly check-ins, quarterly group activities, and access to professional development workshops.

How to Participate: Both potential mentors and mentees can apply through our association. We carefully match participants based on career interests, academic goals, and personal compatibility.
